Order Processing
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM local time will be eligible for same-day delivery.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and estimated delivery time.
- Availability: Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Zones
- For areas outside our delivery zones, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible arrangements.
Delivery Fees
- A standard delivery fee of 39 RS will be applied to all orders.
- Free delivery is available for orders over 249 RS.
Delivery Process
- Our delivery team ensures that your vegetables are handled with care and delivered fresh.
- You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.
- Deliveries will be made between [8:00 AM – 8:00 PM]. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we strive to accommodate any special requests noted at checkout.
Delivery Conditions
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the delivery window.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, please provide specific instructions at checkout (e.g., leave with a neighbor, leave at the doorstep).
- The Vegetable Bazaar is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders left unattended as per the customer’s instructions.
Freshness Guarantee
- We guarantee the freshness of our vegetables. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
