– You can return items at the time of delivery if:

– You received the wrong item
– Please check the items during delivery. Our delivery staff will take the returned item back immediately.
3. Refund Policy
– If you return an item at delivery, you will get an instant refund in:
– Cash (if paid in cash)
– TVB Wallet Credit (if paid online, usable on next order)
– If you report a quality issue after delivery (within 4 hours), we may:
– Offer a replacement
– Or issue a TVB credit (case-by-case)
